CNC Milling
Hytex has the capability to manufacture small and large parts of either simple or complex design. Our largest machine is capable for cutting range of 6050mm longitudinal, cross travel Y-axis 3400mm, and vertical Z-axis 1800mm. It can support 20 tonnes of work piece.
CNC Turning
Our largest machine can turn parts with an outside diameter of 900mm and overall length of 3200mm.
CNC Multitasking (5-axis)
Advanced CNC process that combines multiple operations (turning, milling, drilling, tapping) in a single setup, improving precision and reducing production time.
CNC Lathing
Computer-controlled lathe operation for shaping round or tubular components through turning, facing, grooving, and threading processes.
CNC Boring
Machining process that enlarges and refines existing holes to achieve precise diameters, alignment, and superior internal surface finish.
Conventional
Knowing the capability of a machine is important, but the company also emphasize on employee’s technical skills. We have conventional machine in place for small volume batch flow products. This help improve the cycle time and allow us to offer competitive pricing for smaller volume production.
Plasma Cutting
Thermal cutting process using a high-temperature plasma arc to cut thick conductive metals quickly and efficiently.
Waterjet Cutting
Cold cutting process using high-pressure water (with abrasive) to cut metals and other materials without heat distortion or structural changes.
2D/ 3D Laser Cutting
High-precision cutting method using a focused laser beam to produce clean, accurate profiles on sheet metal with minimal distortion.
